Face Value: Mirror Portraits

Face Value: Mirror Portraits is a series where I photograph people through a two-way mirror as they look at themselves. The participants and I have a conversation about what they see and an excerpt from that conversation becomes the caption of their photo.

Over 400 people have participated throughout the US with the ultimate goal of reaching 500. I began the project around 4 years ago but unfortunately due to my limited availability, now that my wife and I have a daughter, I have had to put the project on the back burner.

I may consider a crowd-funding effort to help complete the series in the near future. If you are interested in being a part of it please contact me at any time!
